More answers on the Support pageHow does the free trial work?
A new salon gets 3 months free with everything in Pro, and no card is needed to start. After the trial, each store is billed once a month at its plan's price.
Do I need special hardware?
No. POS4Nails runs in the web browser of an iPad, a Windows or Mac computer, or a phone. A receipt printer, cash drawer and card terminal are optional.
What if the internet goes down?
The till keeps taking cash, money apps and cards you run on the terminal by itself. Those sales, like clock-ins and visit updates, wait on the device and are sent as soon as the connection is back, when they get their receipt numbers. Gift cards and a card terminal connected to POS4Nails need the connection, so a backup such as a phone hotspot still helps.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Tiếng Việt and Español. Everyone picks their own language and can change it on any screen.
Can I use it in more than one location?
Yes. Add as many stores as you need. Customers and gift cards are shared between them, and each store has its own plan.
Is my salon's data safe?
Each salon's records are kept apart from every other salon's, every request is checked on our server, and every change is kept in an audit log. Owners can see each signed-in device and sign anyone out.
